Combined County Mayoral Authority and Police and Crime Commissioner elections will take place on Thursday May 2
It will be a chance to vote for the first-ever elected East Midlands Mayor, after councils gave the go-ahead to devolution for the region.
Residents will also be able to vote for the next Nottinghamshire Police and Crime Commissioner, responsible for policing across the county.
At these elections, you will need to bring photo ID to be able to vote at a polling station.
