The Personal History of David Copperfield – Tuesday, February 27th at 7.30.

David Copperfield, an orphan, faces numerous obstacles and finds solace in the art of storytelling and writing. Despite his life being tragic, he manages to have some fun while entertaining others. Excellent reviews.

The Great Escaper – Tuesday, March 12th at 7.30.

Michael Caine and Glenda Jackson exude ineffable class. The two British icons bring a huge amount of joy to the heart-warming true story of Bernard Jordan, the 89-year-old veteran who snuck off to attend the 70th anniversary of D-day. Excellent reviews.

Supernova – Tuesday, April 9th at 7.30.

A gay couple — one a musician, the other a novelist — embark on a road trip as dementia starts to take hold of one of them. Colin Firth and Stanley Tucci dazzle as a couple facing their fears. The veteran pair are on magnificent form in a drama about love and mortality that is all the more powerful for its restraint. Excellent reviews.
