We are thrilled to announce the official launch of our brand-new Social Prescribing Community Hub on Monday September 23rd! Join us to improve your physical, mental and emotional well-being.
Location: West Bridgford Young People’s Centre, Bridgford Rd, West Bridgford, Nottingham NG2 6AT
Opening Hours: Every Monday from 10 AM to 4 PM
Social Prescribing drop in sessions 10-12! Find out information, access resources or join us for a cuppa and a chat. Our vibrant hub is designed to enhance health and wellness within our community through a wide variety of activities.
Please see poster attached for a list of free activities on offer. Feel free to share it to help promote the hub and its offerings to others in the community.
To book your space on these activities you will need to be registered with a Rushcliffe GP and aged 18+.
